Job Description

Front Office Administrative Assistant needed for growing office in Atlanta. The Front Office Administrative Assistant will undertake a wide array of clerical and administrative tasks, emphasizing exceptional customer service and consistently delivering high-quality work. They will handle junior administrative functions, including office services tasks, requiring a positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail for success. Adaptability in a fast-paced setting and strong interpersonal skills are crucial.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Office Manager through administrative duties such as:Managing the main phone line, screening calls, and redirecting messages or information anizing conference room schedules.Welcoming clients, guests, employees, and vendors.Assisting with database management and word processing.Coordinating guest office and conference room requests, including setup and catering.Handling outgoing mail, FedEx packages, courier services, and distributing incoming mail and packages.Aiding in office relocations, preparing workstations, and managing office supplies.Processing invoices, receipts, and tracking filing.Fulfilling reprographics requests (printing, copying, binding).Undertaking special projects as assigned.Required Qualifications:Keen attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.Strong professional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Discretion in handling confidential information.Team player mindset, collaborating well with colleagues and internal clients.Eagerness to learn company software programs.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.Desired Skills and ExperienceFront Office Administrative Assistant needed for growing office in Atlanta.
