We're excited to continue to innovate and achieve equal success in more categories.You can now find us online at and follow us on Instagram at @byrelatable.Summary:The Associate Brand Manager is a critical role responsible for supporting the development and launch strategy of new products. The Associate Manager will assist in managing the product development process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Responsibilities:BrandMarket Research and Analysis Responsibilities:Conduct market research and competitive analysis of designated programs: demographic, category, competition, pricing, store checks, trend, and white space.Assist with competitor analysis monthly: NDR report, competition report, comp shopping, Circana analysis.Responsible for recurring reporting, such as POS.Conduct customer surveys to gather insights for product development and marketing: brand awareness, shelf appeal, purchase intent, product title, and messaging.Assist with the presentation of new product launches to the partners and sales teams as needed.Sales Tools and Support Responsibilities:Oversee the maintenance of sales tools for the Brand department: digital and printed catalog, sell sheets, and line lists.Assist higher-level brand managers where necessary: product development, market research, pitch decks (outline structure, creative assets gathering, SKU set up details; item number, UPC, case pack, components, etc.).ProductSupport the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to the timelines and objectives of your designated programs.Help develop and refine processes for reporting, approvals, and status updates to drive PD efficiency within the Brand department.Assist with the product requirements, features, specifications, and QC requirements at the start of a project, and get sign-off from your manager.Coordinate item setup, approvals, and maintenance of your designated programsCompletes BOM's, and finalizes costingItem # and UPC requestCommunicate with factories Design and spec file maintenanceMaster spec sheet upkeepSample approvalsCoordinate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, quality assurance, operations and sales to ensure efficient execution of product development tasks.Drive the product development schedule through weekly follow ups with team members and updating of milestone report.Liaison with proofreading, external editing, sensitivity checks and legal service related to product development.Manage and maintain the Brand department's Artwork Updates Sheet for cross-functional partners.Adhoc projects and reporting analysis as neededProgram OwnershipOversee the end-to-end product development and brand management process for the following programs:International localization programSpecialty programs: Costco, BJs, 5 Below, Walgreens,and in-isle PDQs for retailers such as Target, and Walmart.Product refreshes (Misc. assortment of SKUS)Manage the Relatable image databaseThis Could Be You If:BA in Marketing or Product DevelopmentThree (3) plus years of consumer product management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably with Games or Toys. Other areas we would consider our entertainment, fashion, electronics, or other pop culture-related productStrong analytical skills.A keen eye for design, detail, and spotting trends.Proactive self-starter who can work independently andor as part of a team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the desire to build working relationships.Be adaptable to shifting priorities and vigilant to keep projects moving forward to hit deadlines.Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Excellent follow-through skills with strict attention to detail and accuracy.MS Office efficient: Focus on Excel and PowerPoint.G-Suit efficient: Focus on Sheets, Slides & Drive.Ideal:Frequently plays games with friends and family.Enjoys keeping up with trends and pop-culture.Enjoys making pensation:The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.00 annually plus bonus eligible. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors, including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
