The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in the retail and commercial construction sector, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and motivate on-site construction teams.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance.Client Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress.Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the construction process.Quality Control:Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry standards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.Safety Compliance:Uphold strict safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness.Scheduling and Coordination:Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project munication Skills:Draft and send professional and effective emails to project stakeholders.Facilitate clear and concise communication within the project team and with external partners.Problem Solving:Identify and address challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in high end retail and commercial construction.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to -depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Proficient in project scheduling software.OSHA 62 hour
