Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Email and Calendar Management: Assist and manage the Chief Operating Officer's email correspondence and calendar scheduling, ensuring efficient communication and organization of appointments, meetings, and events.2. Production Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the production team by coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks to optimize workflow efficiency.3. Timeliness and Goal Setting: Help manage expectations for timeliness by monitoring project deadlines and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with the production team to establish and track goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.4. Reporting: Compile and analyze data to generate reports on production metrics, performance indicators, and project statuses. Present findings to management to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.5. Administrative Assistance: Perform general administrative duties such as preparing documents, arranging travel accommodations, and managing office supplies to support the smooth operation of the executive office and production team.Qualifications:1. Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.2. Proficiency in calendar and email management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar).3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.6. Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
