Stackwell Capital:Stackwell is a digital investment platform offering investment tools and guidance, financial wellness and investing education, and market segmentation data and research. Our goal is to address the growing racial wealth gap in America by increasing financial access and inclusion for underrepresented consumers. Stackwell's investment app provides automated portfolio construction and educational content designed to reduce social, emotional, and cultural barriers to participation in financial markets. We partner with higher education institutions, large financial services firms, community and professional organizations, corporate employee resources groups and professional sports teams, enabling the Black community to access financial investment tools, financial resources, and guidance necessary to build lasting wealth, equity, and equal opportunity. Stackwell recently completed a Series A financing round, positioning the firm well for breakout growth in 2024 and beyond.Head of Program Operations and Delivery Role: Stackwell partners with financial services firms, HBCUs, community organizations, and professional sports teams to grow and support financial wellness for students, small business owners, and consumers of color. Within every partnership, we engage program sponsors and community organizations to provide seed grants and financial education to program participants. This role will focus on leading the onboarding, delivery, and execution of partnership programs for program participants and program sponsors. The Head of Program Operations and Delivery will lead the execution of partnership programs, collaborating with our heads of partnership and community.  The ideal candidate will have strong program management, professional services, andor partnerships operations experience, with an interest in financial services and fintech.  ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the onboarding, delivery and execution of partnership programs, and ongoing relationship management.Leading program participant engagement and support; addressing user concerns, providing support and escalation, facilitating user engagement to enhance user experience and satisfaction.Delivery of impact metrics and quarterly reporting to program sponsors. Working cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure the partnership programs and platform aligns with broader goals, needs, and strategies.Continuous improvement of platform and partnership program delivery through innovation; optimizing processes, exploring new technologies and industry trends Monitoring platform performance and user engagement metrics, providing insights to the leadership and partnerships sales to inform decision making.This role reports directly to the COO.Qualifications10+ years of program management, professional services, andor partnerships operations experience, with an interest in financial services and fintech. Prior startup experience a plus.  Ability to understand the strategic goals and objectives of our partners and communicate with them effectively. Experience advocating for partners and getting stakeholder buy-in to address partner feedback.Relationship building and collaboration skills with a proven ability to motivate through influence and connection. Ability to develop credibility and respect with individuals at all organizational levels.A fast learner with a good sense of judgement and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable fort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Role is remote but ideally based in Boston or NYC, which is where most of the team is based. About YouYou have high emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy, and can use this to communicate with Stackwell partners and users (some of whom have fear and mistrust of financial markets due to historical exclusion) in a culturally congruent way. You have strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to work.You are a strong project and team manager who drives organizational efficiency and keeps initiatives on track with very little oversight.You are versatile and have the ability and willingness to flex across various roles, responsibilities within the organization. You are comfortable directly challenging opinions, assumptions, and actions, but always get behind the decisions that are in the best interest of the company.You are driven by a personal passion for Stackwell's mission to close the racial wealth gap.Working at StackwellThis position is full time. Stackwell was founded in Boston, but our team works remotely.
