Position Description: In collaboration with the business development team, responsible for pursuit management, executing a marketing plan, maintaining and seeking marketing data, providing direct support to marketaffiliate needs associated with project opportunities, branding, events and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.Essential Responsibilities: Independently define, schedule and manage the proposal process, including identifying details and responsibilities, managing internal flow, review and plan for final productionGenerate custom copy and content for proposals and presentations, including writingediting text, design layout, custom graphics, tailoring resumes, integrating schedules Provide strategy and creative ideas and approach for project pursuitsDirect and execute marketing functions and plans to align with company goals and strategyManage content and strategy for company website, social media, advertising, newsletters, marketing collateral, articles, testimonials, etc.Create marketing collateral and produce deliverables that are high quality, unique and creative for pursuits and other internal and external marketing purposesCreate project award submittals and search for award opportunitiesEnforce high quality work by ensuring proper review and proofing has been completedDevelop and maintain relationships with marketing counterparts of clients, prospects, architects and engineersParticipate in local events, civic and professional groups, industry trade associations and community and client activities to enhance the image of the company Write project descriptions, resumes, and gather photography and images to be maintained in the share drive As needed, coordinate efforts for client entertainment events with Business Development team, as necessary including conference events and other business functionsOther duties as assigned Qualifications:3+ years of marketing, or related experiencePreferred degree in marketing, journalism, communications or relevant AEC fieldApproaches work proactively, takes initiative, and consistently ensures ongoing improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExpertise with a variety of software programs, such as the Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with CRM Outstanding organizational and time-management skillsConsistently perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner  Consistently show ability to multitask and manage competing deadlinesDesire to work in a deadline-oriented environment that requires flexibility and outstanding organizational and time management skills Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with attention to detailsExperience in the construction industry is a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detailCompany Description:Newkirk Novak Construction Partners is a commercial construction firm that offers preconstruction, construction management, design build and general contracting services.
