Assistant Store Manager, you will directly support the Store Manager or District Manager who oversees your store's business. You represent the brand's image in our stores. You act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating impeccable presentation, behavior, and strong A.P.C. knowledge. You will perform excellently in operation, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, and visual merchandising presentation. You will set the standard and be the lead example for the retail team for all operational responsibilities. You will confidently hold your team accountable for their performance and strive to coach and develop the staff to deliver results and grow as individuals.Sales:Ensure the achievement of assigned individual goals and store-level goalsServe customers according to the standard of A.P.C.'s selling ceremony.Lead by example by providing superior customer service and after-sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.Help the sales team in case of customer dispute and take final responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.Management:Help organize the team's daily work related to all store operations. Plan all activities in collaboration with the Store Manager.Provide constructive feedback daily related to the team's execution of all operational tasks. Report the team's attitude and skills to the store manager to help during coaching and review sessions.Assist the Store Manager with onboarding programs. Train and coach new associates in all areas of responsibility related to operations.Enforce all company policies (i.e., loss prevention, performance issues, etc.) while adhering to proper procedures regarding disciplinary action.Operations & VMProcess daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipmentsEnsure completion of all regularly assigned web operationsEnsure web orders are pulled, prepped, and shipped promptly. Communicate effectively with the web team and follow up on any issues, exceptions, etc.Maintain stockroom organization and collaborated with store manager to implement organizational improvements.Ensure maintenance of impeccable visual merchandising standards and store appearance.Oversee and support in the execution of Visual Merchandising floor rotation and windows according to the corporate schedulePartner with the Store Manager to drive sell-through by proposing regular action plans for displays.
