Job Description: Securitas North America is seeking a talented and strategic Sr. Corporate Communications and PR Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, the Sr. Corporate Communications and PR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communications strategies to enhance our brand reputation and foster effective internal and external communications. This strategic role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications plans, managing media relations and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our corporate values and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Communications Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that support Securitas North America's strategic goals and objectives.Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists and influencers. Handle media inquiries and proactively pitch stories to secure positive media munications: Create and manage internal communications programs to engage and inform employees across all levels of the organization. Ensure alignment with corporate messaging and munications: Develop, manage and optimize executive communications strategy for the C-suite.Team & Vendor Management: Strategic guidance and oversight of communications vendors, contracted and internal team munications: Develop and implement crisis communication plans and protocols serving as a key spokesperson during crisis situations to protect and enhance the company's reputation. Leadership Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including press releases, contributed articles and blog posts. Partner with marketing counterparts to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications channels.and Reporting: Develop key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies. Provide regular reports on the impact of communications initiatives.
