We show compassion, celebrate differences, and treat one another with respect.ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Catheterization & Electrophysiology Labs Services, is responsible for serving as the leader overseeing daily operations, scheduling, staff scheduling and timekeeping of the cardiac catherization labs, electrophysiology labs, hybrid labs, CathEP Lab PACU and two off site cardiovascular diagnostic labs with outpatient prepost procedural areas and the Vein Clinic to ensure maximal efficiency of areas. Personnel, coordination of resources and working closely with the Director and the charge team (charge nurse, charge EP technologist, and PACU charge nurse) regarding strategic and operational issues is required. Serves as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem solving, effective time management, accountability for standards, teamwork and excellent customer service.QualificationsJob Requirements: Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school required enrolled in accredited BSN program with scheduled date of completion.Minimum of 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in area of specialty preferred.
