Licensed Home Care Agency is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator (English, Spanish) for our office. Must be friendly and outgoing.The qualified HR Coordinator is responsible to provide day-to-day coordination of HR activities. It includes intake and processing of the caregiver applications, scheduling orientation, and ensuring compliance with HR-related functions.Responsibilities:Ensure that all new hire employee documents are completed and signed dated prior to the start dateMaintain and administer HHA training and in-service schedulesEnter new hires into Home Care Registry; HHA ExchangeSubmit W-4 and IT2104 Tax forms to Finance DepartmentCreate newly hired paraprofessional personnel filesmedical filesI9 filesCHRC filesPrepare employees' ID badgesAssist with follow-up regarding Employment authorizationFollow up with HHA's for missing documents; entering dataupdates for in-services, and medical reportsAssist with the completion of employment verification and request for job lettersInform supervisor of any issues or concernsPerforms other duties as assigned by HR Director or as requiredStrives to maintain a safe working environmentQualifications:Experience working with HHA Exchange softwareAt least 1 year of HR experience in Homecareexperience as a records clerk, within a healthcare professionAttentive and detail-oriented with good communication skillsCompensation:Pay rate: $23 - $25hrHealth insurancePaid time offHoliday PayDental insurance401(k)Vision insuranceLife insuranceDisability insuranceOther
