Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as a strategic talent partner for our assigned business units. This role is crucial in achieving business goals related to recruitment strategies and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceuticalbiotech industry, with a focus on roles in the Clinical, Medical & Regulatory spaces.Responsibilities:- Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.- Pre-screen candidates and partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies.- Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.- Ensure compliance to statefederal employment laws and company policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.- Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.Key Skills and Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in a competitive, fast-paced environment.- Experience recruiting for roles in the Clinical, Medical & Regulatory spaces.- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.- Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent.- Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience.- Ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
