Who: Fortune 500 Financial Services CompanyWhat: Graphic Design SpecialistWhere: Hybrid in NY, NJ, or PATerm: 12-month ContractPay: $42-47hrThe Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and print production managers to conceptualize and design visually compelling marketing materials. These include marketing kits such as brochures and forms, trade show displays, email campaigns, and website assets aligned with the marketing strategy. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of graphic design experience, proficiency on a Mac, and expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of digital and conventional pre-press and printing processes is essential, along with experience in developing materials for both web and print mediums, including email layouts. From conceptualization to delivery, you will lead creative direction and concepts, presenting ideas through storyboards and bringing them to life upon approval.Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, present, and execute print and multi-channel digital assets (web, social, email, whitepapers, presentation materials, UXUI), aligning with business objectives to create engaging B2B solutions.- Source and select images for digital projects from various stock platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.- Create multimedia animations and motion graphics using After Effects and conduct video content editing with Premiere Pro.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce elegant, editorially-relevant designs that maintain brand consistency.- Tell compelling stories through graphic design and animation across digital and experiential mediums.- Offer guidance on best practices and provide solutions as needed.Your Profile:We seek a creative thinker experienced in marketing campaigns, adept at interpreting creative briefs, and delivering visually and editorially compelling assets for diverse audiences.Key SkillsExperience:- Strong video and design skills, with proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar tools.- Self-directed and motivated, capable of working independently.- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Comfortable performing under pressure and managing multiple deadlines effectively.Good to Have:- Experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.- Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
