As they continue to grow, they seek a talented HR Generalist to support our expanding team.As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Handle employee relations issues promptly and professionally, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Assist with HR compliance activities, including conducting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR rolesStrong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with prehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursement
