Senior Full-Stack Software EngineerMy client is a leading fintech company focused on finance and investments. They are seeking an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer. You will have the opportunity to influence everything from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, release, and monitoring, shaping the trajectory of this innovative company. Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of systems that power and scale the business- Uncover and address system bottlenecks as the tech stack matures- Partner with the Product team to deliver impactful, measurable, and testable solutions for customers- Coach and mentor engineers on best practices when appropriate- Advocate for best-in-class technology and tooling to improve the development experience- Contribute to operational excellenceRequirements:- 5+ years of software development experience outside of education and internships- Experience with backend and frontend languages (Python, Postgres, Express, TypeScript, Node, React, Redux, AWS )- Experience with React and familiarity with the latest frontend frameworks and tools- Experience with relational databases (Postgres)- Firm understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design- Strong analytical and debugging skills- Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with proven problem-solving abilitiesGreat to Have- Prior work experience with financial data, investment tools, andor markets- Familiarity with Airflow or an equivalent pipeline management systemThrough the internal and market data my client has collected, they expect the salary range for this position to be $160,000 - $230,000 per year. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
