While each group has their own area of expertise, as a Senior Financial Analyst you are looked upon as a leader with vision, responsible for analyzing, understanding and communicating the data that drives our organization and makes us a global leader.What You Will Do:Partner with different areas of the business to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to our CFOs and senior leadership teamsSynthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data you have capturedDrive annual and long range budgeting processesBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models to support corporate decision makingDevelop presentations and messaging for senior leadershipCollaborate cross functionally with other areas of TJX such as Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and MerchandisingPotential Projects:Develop 1, 3 and 5-year financial plans and budgetsCapital Investment Decision Process - evaluate projects to determine if they meet ROI criteria, as well as support the long term growth of the businessReal Estate - provide store pro-forma analysis and other property evaluations for the companyStore Performance - analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is maximized in each locationMarketing Campaigns - partner with Marketing to evaluate advertising and media campaignsMerchandising Initiatives - evaluate inventory managementmerchandising initiativesExecutive presentation preparation and KPI performance reportingWho We Are Looking For: You. 2+ years of Financial Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking experienceBachelor's degree in Finance or Economics preferredExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsDemonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with sophisticated Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environmentWe care about our culture, but we also prioritize your needs!PayWork Environmentpaycheckstime awayto support environment and corporate responsibility- TJX Associate Assistance ProgramsDiscountDevelopment Opportunitya part of an inclusive teamBenefit programs and eligibility terms vary across our global locations.
