Brand AmbassadorPOSITION DETAILSPosition: Brand AmbassadorLocation: ONSITE in Columbus, OHTargeted Start: ASAP - anticipated duration of this project is 2-3 months with likely extensions. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time. Pay: $24hour Hours: Full timeShifts: Store is open 7 days a week, shifts will be between 10am - 8pm (days + shifts based on candidate's availability) 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.TrainingOrientation: the team will have someone on-site to conduct orientationtraining. They will provide you with a demo and orientation of the Caper cart, feedback forms, and remote management app (on provided tablet). You will get to shop with the Caper cart yourself while going through orientation. You will have the opportunity to learn about new, exciting technologies during this time! From there, you can ask any questions you have and the Instacart on-site rep will be there for guidance during orientation.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the AI shopping tool and be the first impression for our brand and the stores we represent.ABOUT THE JOBEngaging with customers as they enter the store; demonstrate how the products work and encourage usageAssisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure their journey is smooth and seamless from onboarding, to adding their first items, to completion of checkoutActing as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they ariseGathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experienceEnsuring that opening and closing tasks are completed to ensure cart availability for customersMonitor adherence to Caper cart-related processes at the store. Identify and surface process gaps to the Caper team to collaborate on and support continuous improvementEnsure store setup and marketing materials reach pre-defined standards and surface opportunities for improvementMentor ambassadors to improve promotional and customer service skills. Identify and share best practices to optimize customer experience, retailer satisfaction, and Caper cart adoptionEnsure ambassador team has all necessary equipmentmaterials to effectively complete duties and alert the appropriate team(s) when additional equipmentmaterials are neededABOUT YOUFriendly, personable, able to build lasting relationships with customers and store staffWilling to go out of your way to help the customer, to provide exceptional customer service in order to drive usage and ensure the customer is satisfiedAble to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot as issues ariseAmbitious, sales-driven, and willing to grow at a small technology start-upInterested in technology and how technology shapes the retail landscapeYou have...Any previous working experience as an on-site promoter, or in retail, hospitality, andor customer serviceCustomer-oriented approachDemonstrated experience driving exceptional customer service
