We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.The Manager, Customer Marketing is responsible for developing and driving coordinated marketing outreach strategies for the and Staples Advantage businesses, specifically for buyers of technology. He or she will lead with customer data and insights to develop plans that deliver a cohesive customer experience across touchpoints including sales, email, digital media and site. The Manager will work cross-functionally with multiple teams, including customer analytics, customer insights, merchandising, sales, creative agency, circulation, and vehicle owners. What you'll be doing:Partner with merchandising and customer insights to develop a deep understanding of the technology business, including customer wants and needs, pain points, product offerings, and solutions. Develop relevant messages to be delivered to customers and prospects using personalization capabilities across a variety of touchpoints including email, site, and paid mediaReview and evolve tactics based on areas of opportunity.Prioritize initiatives based on business impact.Partner with merchandising and promotions teams to develop seasonal campaigns in coordination with prioritized products and offers. Create a pipeline of testing and learning, with clear goals and actions based on test results. Oversee the tactical execution of plans, ensuring flawless execution.Drive development of measurement plansKPIs in partnership with customer analytics. Drive post-campaign analysis and action plan. What you bring to the table:Experienced, results-oriented, and customer-centric sales and marketing professional with the ability to drive strategy using customer insights and transactional data.Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving activities.Team-orientation, with an affinity for influencing and working across functions in a dynamic, often-changing environment.Strong leader; able to keep initiatives moving on time, on budget, and with attention to detail. Able to foresee and prevent problems in advance and fix any issues quickly.Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
