About Liberty City Ventures:Liberty City Ventures, founded in 2012, is a $1.7 billion venture capital firm investing in companies building blockchain technology solutions and companies using blockchain technology as infrastructure to innovate within their sector.About This Role:We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our new Union Square office's day-to-day operations and support our core team. In addition, our office includes sub-tenants, so this person will be working with those portfolio companies, as well.Responsibilities:Oversee all daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment and all office logisticsSupport our Executive Assistant in ensuring the efficient management of executive-level operations, including task management, travel arrangements, managing calendars, special projects, and additional duties as neededServe as welcoming point of contact for visitors, employees and guestsCoordinate meetings, events and office happeningsHandle all kitchen pantry and catering orders, including preparation and delivery of refreshments for executivesCoordinate with technology and vendors to ensure all office equipment is fully operationalManage inventory and supply orders, office organization, and other administrative duties as necessaryCommunicate with building management, office vendors, maintenance staff and security as necessaryQualifications:2-4 years' experience in a similar roleAn organized self-starterStrong interpersonal skills - personable, trustworthy and dependableAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and work independentlyBenefits:Salary: $70,000Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision) covered at 100% for employeesUnion Square office, with private onsite gym and roof deck
