The Administrative Assistant will support and report directly to the Senior Managing Director, Investments and the Senior Vice President, Investments for stitutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, is a leading commercial real estate services firm. IPA's real estate investment and capital markets expertise, industry-leading technology, and acclaimed research offer investors customized solutions for the acquisition, disposition and financing of properties and portfolios across the United States and Canada.Job Details:Part-Time Hybrid Position! Must be available to work in-office in Salt Lake CIty, Utah from 10:30am - 2:30pm, Monday through Thursday. The remaining weekly hours can be worked remotely. The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Salt Lake City, Utah is $40,000 - $50,000year. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing property listings, under-contract deals, and business proposals. Coordinate all aspects of transactions to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on the UtahIdaho housing market, gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes and support the team's strategic initiatives.Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the transaction process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Database Management: Manage contact databases and market reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information to support marketing and transaction activities.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multifamily agents, graphic designers, and other team members to coordinate marketing efforts, streamline processes, and optimize results.Additional Responsibilities:Assist in the administrative tasks of innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and success of the multifamily team.Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, finding and organizing relevant market research, and facilitating internal communications.Job Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.Experience with project management systems, such as Asana, to facilitate efficient workflow management.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.Benefits:Competitive Salary: Ranging from $40,000 - $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Four-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday, offering a balance between work and personal life.On-Site Gym: Access to the on-site gym is included with employment.Paid Parking: Nearby parking garage access is provided.Schedule Flexibility: Based on performance, our team allows you to adapt your work hours to suit your needs.Regular Job Reviews: Regular job reviews with the potential for pay raises and increased responsibilities, recognizing and rewarding your contributions.Collaborative Work Environment: Environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and the sharing of ideas among team members.If you're ready to take on a rewarding role where you can make a tangible impact in the dynamic field of commercial real estate, we want to hear from you.
