Work Locations acceptable: Wilmington, NCPosition Summary: Our client, an authorized trailer sales and service dealer that is a significant leader in the commercial transportation and hauling space is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist and Executive Assistant to add to their team. The Marketing Specialist and Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will involve a mix of content creation, digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement, and collaboration with other teams to drive the company's marketing efforts effectively. This role will also be responsible for executive communications and relationship development and management on behalf of the CEO and COO. This position will be highly focused in Outlook email for scheduling and logistical needs. Absolute Minimum Must Have's Experience Requirements:5+ years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)Proven experience (2-5+ years) in digital marketing, specifically on LinkedInExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Minimum Education Requirements Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, HS Diploma required.Marketing ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy and Campaign ManagementDevelop comprehensive marketing plans to increase sales and brand awareness.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.Digital Marketing and Content CreationOversee website maintenance & content.Oversee our Marketing firm to optimize SEOManage content for social media anize & Oversee email marketing campaigns developed by our marketing firm.Manage & oversee content for blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.Write detailed product descriptions for trailers and related services.Brand Management and Public RelationsEnsure all marketing materials reflect the company's brand and messaging consistently.Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, association connections and coordinate press releases.Participate in community events and trade shows to promote the anize trade shows and industry meetings. (Booth rentals, displays, items to take to events) Analytics, Reporting, and Budget ManagementMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Administrative ResponsibilitiesAdministrative and Executive SupportSchedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO and COO.Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings; take and distribute minutes.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Office and Project ManagementOrganize and maintain files and documents, both electronic and physical.Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with facility management.Assist with coordinating and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Conduct research and gather information for special projects.Customer Engagement and Internal CommunicationGather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.Serve as a liaison between the CEO, COO, and other staff members, ensuring effective communication.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other external parties on behalf of the CEO and COO.
