Content Planning and Execution:Partner with the Creative and Brand Director on the content planning process with the goal of getting delivery of assets in a timely manner for execution onsiteManage the on-site content flip process from briefing and on-site messaging strategyVisual Merchandising StrategyCreate Ecom site web pages, including landing pages, product pages, blog posts, uploading videos across BTC B2B sites, and anyall functions related to the Shopify Plus platform.Develop and own the visual merchandising strategy to optimize product pages, category pages, navigation, and internal site search.Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the shopping experience through site optimization.Site Maintenance And OptimizationLead monthly site validations to ensure seamless launches of new products and promotions.Manage the on-site search results strategy to maximize performance and customer experience.Build and manage all on-site promotionsLeading 18th month UXUI plan strategyDigital ops managementAt least 2+ years of hands-on Paid Media or Digital Media Buying experience.Partner with digital marketing and SEO agencies to maintain and execute site updates for optimal search engine optimizationI set up, scheduled, and deployed emails in Klayvio (monthly campaigns, drip campaigns, segmentation, personalization, automated email programs) and mobile text messaging.Assist in deploying successful digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, affiliate marketing, etc.), and help provide ideas and manage implementation from ideation to execution.Assist marketing team and graphic designer where needed to develop the site, email, and social content, including visuals, copy, and videos.Help strategically plan our marketing approach upon a constantly changing inventory position of products and brand initiatives.Pull and consolidate metrics across all digital channels. Create reports speaking to digital media benchmarks & KPIs Project ManagementCollaborate with Site Experience to develop strategic roadmap projects from conception to user acceptance testing.Partner with the Customer is a group to improve the site, policy, and systemic issues related to the e-commerce experience.Team LeadershipBuild and lead an effective team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Work successfully with cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.Qualifications5+ years in e-commerce as a Site Merchandiser or BuyerMerchandiser.3+ years in digital marketing across all channelsExperience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is required.Experience working in Shopify is preferred but not required.Experience working in GA4 is preferred but not required.Self-starter with superior time management, project management, and organizational skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with an appropriate sense of urgency.Ability to work cross functionally, understanding different needs of the business and managing expectations.Understanding of business impact as it relates to customer journey.Desire and ambition to keep ahead of industry trends and new technologies.Exceptional data-analysis skills and ability to communicate findings effectively in a non-technical manner.Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative mindset.Excellent communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain respectful, strong relationships across the organization
