As the Operations Coordinator, you will assist the Lead Clinical Managers in managing the administrative functions that keep our services running smoothly! Make a difference in the lives of children and the staff who support them daily!Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.PART-TIME: 4 weekdays 1pm-7pm and Saturdays 9am-12pmOperations Coordinator Responsibilities:Scheduling:Maintain accurate schedules for assigned locationsWork with the clinical team to ensure timely session conversion and signaturesReconcile and audit staff schedules and client hours for accuracyReconcile and audit clinic schedule and provide feedback to the supervisorIf coverage is needed, assist or fill in for administrative supportMonitor, track, and communicate cancelation trends with the supervisor to improve treatment provisionAdministrative Support:Office Management:Manage and organize office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entryCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely distribution of materialsGreet and direct visitorsFacility Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environmentMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment, reorder as necessary, and liaise with vendorsCommunication Liaison:Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communicationsCollaborate with different departments to ensure effective information flowProcess Improvement:Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityCollaborate with team members to streamline processes and reduce redundanciesRequirementsHS Diploma required; Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, business administration)Experience in operations coordination/administration and behavior analysisStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamThis role provides a unique opportunity for an individual to contribute to the operational efficiency of the organization while making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.BenefitsAccess to National University with 15% discounted rates towards courseworkEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) (available to all employees)Health/vision/dental Insurance (eligible employees)401K plan (both part-time and full-time eligible)Earn PTO (full-time employees)Generous Employee Referral ProgramWho We AreWe build a nationwide community of compassionate individuals for one purpose; to serve others selflessly.
