With a strong emphasis on security, they will ensure seamless integrations and effective automation. Will need to have experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and bots. They will work directly with internal department stakeholders to provide integration and automation application design, analysis, implementation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. As the primary technical point of contact internally, they will provide support services and liaise with vendor technical support as necessary. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation and regularly managing application integration upgrades, including testing, scheduling, and implementation.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain secure application integrations that support our company's business operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new featuresWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable codeEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify and resolve application security vulnerabilitiesConduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practicesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in application development, security, AI, and botsParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standardsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for our application integrationsManage processes to upgrade and maintain assigned systems. Work with vendors to resolve issues that cannot be readily addressed using in-house resources.Draft and submit technical specifications and diagrams that document existing systems or outlines the build of prospective systems.Research new applications and/or application features both independently and by management request. Formulate recommendations and implementation plans.Resolve end user issues as escalated by the Service Desk, including working with software vendors' technical support to resolve complex problems.Develop and maintain application documentation, including, but not limited to, Configuration Guides, Application Design Guides, and Knowledge Base articles; provide consultation to the training team on associated end-user documentation.Perform other duties or special projects as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience as an application integratorStrong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Previous experience in software evaluation, implementation, integration, testing and deploymentPrevious experience breaking down business processes into technology requirementsPreferred Skills and experiences: Experience with IT task and report automation using tools such as PowerShell scriptsExperience supporting API development tools and productsProficiency in tools commonly used in AI and bot development.Experience with cloud (SaaS) servicesAbility to write SQL statements with some complexityExperience with Private AIAzure Open.AiSmartSheetIf you are passionate about the work you do and want to join an amazing team that will invest in your future, we want you here!
