POSITION OVERVIEWThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.As an Analytics Architect, you will spearhead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies aimed at revolutionizing how information is utilized within our organization. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating seamless data flow across diverse systems, applications, and business units. You will also play a crucial part in equipping our teams with the necessary skills to maximize our platform and data assets.Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping internal roles and establishing partnerships with external vendors to enhance our analytical capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & ManagementShape the future technology roadmap, ensuring investments align with scalability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Regularly evaluate skills and capabilities, adapting strategies as needed.Collaborate closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize data-driven initiatives.Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on data initiatives.Work alongside the Master Data Manager to implement robust data architecture and governance frameworks.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive business value.Manage budgets and financial plans, benchmarking against industry standards.Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless integration into our IT capabilities.Offer strategic guidance on leveraging data for business insights and innovation.Solutions DeliveryLead the design, implementation, and management of scalable data solutions.Provide guidance to delivery teams to ensure effective designs for data solutions.Manage resource plans and expertise needs, contributing to strategic skill mix decisions.Provide regular updates on the status of key initiatives.Drive the development of interactive reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making.Position Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience:10+ years in technology leadership roles overseeing data and integration functions.Expertise in cloud data architecture, governance, and integration technologies.Proficiency with BI tools, automation applications, analytics, reporting, and database technologies.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution industries.Other Knowledge/Skills:Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Proven track record of delivering business and customer outcomes through data and analytics solutions.Familiarity with data lake, data lakehouse, and modern analytics solutions.Strong relationship-building skills; adept at working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations.Clear and effective communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of management.Able to define and organize people and processes efficiently.Able to influence without direct authority.Self-driven, team-oriented, fast-learning, organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude.Key SkillsMicrosoft Fabric (nice to have or desire to learn), Azure, Power BIKey Behaviors:Execution and adaptability in dynamic environments.Bias towards action and decision-making.Deep expertise in the domain.Willingness to take ownership and make decisions.Strong business acumen.
