Plans, develops and implements technology-based and process-based business solutions. Perform analysis, design and development of WYNSURE policy administration system for new systems as well as modifications to existing systems. Provides production support , develops, tests and analyzes tools to support additional business efficiencies in data quality, production and resources to reduce total cost of ownership of business applications.Technical Skills:· Insurance domain Knowledge is required.· eWAM / Wynsure application developer with 4+ years of experience.· Well versed with GOLD language· Strong knowledge of Life Insurance lines of business (both individual and Group) and various products like "Ž Term, Whole, Universal, Disability, Critical Illness etc.· Sound understanding of policy administration functions and good exposure to enrollment, underwriting, billing, "Ž claims· Minimum 2+ years of Dot Net / Java / C++ or any other object oriented programming language, preferably in insurance industry· Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming method· Knowledge of database systems (MS SQL preferred) and data query procedures· XML or related technologies exposure a plus· Experience with **** development tools or the Wynsure Insurance application highly desirable
