We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our Aerospace / Defense client. This candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective quality management and customer technical support systems within the organization. Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and oversees the execution of company strategies related to quality management.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain documented systems, strategies, and tactics for achieving global quality management processes.Provide leadership to the Quality team and ensure compliance with product-related legal and regulatory requirements.Offer technical oversight, leadership, and guidance to Product Teams, including support for manufacturing and sales processes to drive continuous improvement and product quality.Act as the Company's Quality Management Representative for quality control segments, including regulatory and customer audits, certification compliance, and internal audits.Manage global customer service, particularly regarding the complaint handling system for product users.Define, implement, and measure the effectiveness of the quality system according to established procedures.Report on the effectiveness of the Quality System to senior management.Develop and implement policies and inspection procedures as necessary.Conduct research on product defects, analyze customer complaints, and recommend modifications to products or quality standards.Possess strong oral and written communication skills and uphold high moral and ethical standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Industrial Engineering.10+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.Technical background with a proven track record of problem-solving and support for new product development.Proficiency in MS Office applications, statistical methodology, AS9100 compliance, and quality problem-solving methods.Experience in designing, documenting, and managing quality systems.Please apply below or reach out directly to vada@ to discuss the role in confidence.
