You will be part of a team dedicated to providing customized ISD services to an individual school or office to meet the current and future training needs of the workforce. This program will ensure standardization of design, delivery, and evaluation of learning across the Organization. In this role you will be responsible for all parts of the training development cycle.RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping data collection instruments or protocols for the purpose of:Identifying performance gaps or organizational impactEvaluating instruction to determine gainsCarrying out data collection, analyzing data, and reporting on findings for the purpose of:Identifying performance gaps or organizational impactEvaluating instruction to determine gainsFormally documenting instructional design plans in design document, project plan, or similar. Must have demonstrated creation of a document that identifies instructional design and project information to guide the development of instruction.Using empirical data to make instructional design decisions for the purpose of:Identifying performance gaps or organizational impactEvaluating instruction to determine gainsDesigning instructional strategies that engage, motivate, or are learner-centered.Developing or creating project management plans for instruction design projects (schedules, task, milestones, scope, etc.) - not just followingDesigning assessments of learning to determine gainsCollaborating across functional teams, such as stakeholder, SME, or media development teams - demonstrate how it benefited the projectREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMust possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.Masters degree plus 10 years strongly desired.
