This position utilizes specialized equipment to screen print thick film onto a substrate board.This position is part of the Thick Film Manufacturing Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be onsite. If you thrive working independently to achieve team goals and want to work to build world-class lifesaving products"”read on.In this role, you will be required to:Manually set up print equipment in preparation of production cycleContinuously monitor and inspect product during production processUtilize automated measuring equipment to assure that quality requirements are metIdentify and troubleshoot machine and or print related issues and contribute to process improvementsFollow detailed work instruction and preform data entry into electronic routersParticipate in daily management meetings to report on production statusHave a high attention to detail while performing all dutiesThe essential requirements of the job include:2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.High School diplomaMust be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hr. shiftIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Medical device manufacturing environmentSemi-automated Machine operationAbility to follow written & verbal work instructions in English
