Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Security Analysis: Support the continuously monitoring of cybersecurity alerts and logs to identify and assess potential security incidents. Ensure effective use cases exist in the SIEM to support the identification of potential threat actor activities.Threat Intelligence: Collect and analyze threat intelligence from various sources to understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and atack techniques. Use this information to enhance our security measures and response strategies.Incident Response: Participate in incident response efforts, from initial detection through containment, eradication, recovery, and post-mortem analysis. Support the development and update of incident response plans and protocols.Threat Hunting: Proactively search for indicators of compromise within the organization's environment that have evaded detection. Use advanced analytical techniques and threat intelligence to identify and mitigate potential threats.SIEM Management: Support the configuration, management, and fine-tuning of SIEM tools. Ensure that the SIEM is effectively collecting, analyzing, and storing security data.Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and overall security posture to stakeholders. Communicate complex security issues and risks in clear, understandable language.Collaboration and Training: Work closely with other relevant teams to ensure cybersecurity measures are integrated throughout the organization. Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Cybersecurity certifications like CEH, GSEC, CASP, CISSPMinimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role with a focus on monitoring, logging, SIEM, threat hunting, threat intelligence, or incident response.Strong technical skills and experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM systems, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and network security solutions.Deep understanding of cyber threat landscape, atack methodologies, and defense strategies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex security incidents.
