Murex Manager If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.New York, USA | Hybrid | USD 180k - 250kOur client is a leading financial technology firm, and they're in search of a Murex Client Partner to join their team in New York.Previous experience in Murex Delivery is essential for this role!What you'll focus on:Grow as a strategic, trusted, and valued partner for a portfolio of clients.Develop mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships between the organisation and clients.Advise clients on efficient support of the fintech solution and maximise its usage.Create clear communication channels and streamlined processes between the organisation and client teams.Properly monitor client satisfaction while controlling support costs.Ensure production instance quality through optimised support, aligning with contractual obligations and client business objectives.Organise support activities and define/optimise staffing requirements.Ensure the availability of suitable support structures at both the organisation and client levels.Strategically expand the usage of the fintech solution throughout the production instance life cycle.Assist in leveraging and expanding the solution's usage throughout the client organisation.Manage change requests, including staffing, delivery quality, and consistency with organisational standards.Who you are:Extensive experience in treasury or capital markets IT work within the fintech industry, specifically Murex.Proven experience as a trusted key point of contact in client relationships.Expertise in supervising the delivery of production support, including managing cross-functional teams.Ability to act as an escalation point and proactively address issues/risks at both organisational and client levels.Previous experience in managing relationships between stakeholders at banks or hedge funds and external vendors or system integrators.Demonstrated ability to develop trust-based relationships with client contacts.
