Our client is a chemicals manufacturer that has a fantastic opportunity for an E&I Maintenance Superintendent with 6+ years of experience with a background in maintenance from the Refinery or Chemical Plant industries.This opportunity will be a full time/ permanent position with an excellent overall compensation and benefits package including competitive base salary, annual bonus and excellent benefits. Relocation assistance will be provided if required.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Description:Responsibilities:· Drive safety everyday through leadership and direction to achieve client's safety vision "Home Safe Everyday"· Lead the daily activities of the Instrument and Electrical Maintenance team· Develop and manage I&E work scope on daily and weekly schedules, turnaround, and routine outages· Manage emergency work and ensure mitigation of plant vulnerabilities· Communicate across site teams and support other department efforts as required· Lead/Participate in incident investigations as required· Ensure compliance in areas of responsibility, including but not limited to: SIS testing requirements; Environmental analyzers; PM's; MOC's; PSM Corrective Action as assigned· Manage cost targets as required (i.e. yearly budget, overtime, contract bids, change order management, etc...)Experience & Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering· 7 years I&E Maintenance experience in petrochemical or related industry required, including 3 years of leadership experience· Familiarity with related industry codes and standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, ISA 81, ISA 61511, and NETA is preferred· Analytical and controls systems experience preferred· Associates or engineering technology degree will be considered with related experience· Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card
