Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst - SAP EnvironmentIs this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Position Summary: As the Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the functional support and integrity of business processes within our SAP environment, catering to 26 Plants across North America. This role encompasses overseeing various projects, conducting thorough testing, and providing post go-live support, all while maintaining meticulous documentation.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of functional consultants and collaborate with other team members to implement business enhancements promptly and efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and without disruptions to the Production system.Demonstrate expertise in integrating and realizing processes across multiple functions within SAP.Conduct comprehensive testing of new functionalities and meticulously document results.Possess a deep understanding of the interplay between data, functionality, and business processes, enabling you to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions.Assist in resolving daily incidents reported by the business through Service Now.Play a pivotal role in Project Teams, providing on-site support as required and participating in regular meeting updates.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to ERP systems, specifically SAP.Proficiency in SAP modules such as Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Material Management, or Purchasing; additional skills in other modules are advantageous.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational prowess, and time management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn new skills and embrace change.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to support projects and visit Plant locations, with comfort in a Plant environment.A proactive team player who actively contributes ideas and suggestions to enhance team performance.Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a high-demand organization.Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
