Addressing a wide range of needs from housing and employment to mental health and social services. their work is driven by passion, integrity, and a commitment to making the world a better place for all.Your Role: As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be second in command working directly under the IT Infrastructure Director to enhance in the implementation and support of cutting-edge technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting and maintaining their application portfolios and various technology solutions, including MS Products, O365, AVD, Mimecast, Rubrik, network, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and security solutions.Assisting in the development and implementation of infrastructure policies and procedures, ensuring quality of service and soliciting end-user feedback.Proactively identifying and addressing emerging security threats by implementing robust security solutions and policies.Providing level 2 engineering support for IT Infrastructure, including system escalations, training, documentation, and after-hours on-call support.Collaborating with external vendors and developers as needed to ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems.Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:Industry certifications around Microsoft Azure, or a minimum of six years' experience working with related IT infrastructure.Technical expertise in current network and operating systems, with experience in systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.Experience with Azure, including Azure Virtual Desktop (industry certifications preferred).Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly language.Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.A collaborative mindset and experience working in team-oriented environments.Why Join Us: By joining my client, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating positive change in the world.
