We seek individuals ready to work collectively with a multi-discipline team of engineers in a dynamic office environment on interesting and challenging projects. Our Philadelphia office projects involve roadway, bridge, and traffic design projects. For more information, visit: Responsibilities:Build effective client relationships by working collaboratively with the client & multi-discipline teamsPrepare and complete engineering designs that are responsive to project needsComplete tasks within the assigned schedule and budgetDevelop project design criteria, calculations, details, and estimatesMentor staff in the advancement of transportation designQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field10+ years' experience in Highway designPE licensure is requiredKnowledge of all aspects within your specific discipline of Highway designExperience with software; MicroStation and/AutoCADLeadership, communication, and organizational skillsGPI offers excellent benefits, including a 401(k) plan, ESOP, medical/dental/vision plans, paid time off, and more.
