Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive improvements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet industry standardsEstablish checkpoints to monitor product quality and identify deviationsConduct regular inspections and audits of production facilitiesCollaborate with production teams to address quality issuesWork with suppliers to establish quality standards for materialsAnalyze data to identify areas for improvementTrain and mentor quality control staffCoordinate with other departments to address quality-related concernsStay updated on industry trends and regulationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldExperience in quality control managementKnowledge of quality control principles and methodologiesFamiliarity with relevant quality standards and regulationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
