We are currently seeking Technical Professionals who are searching for challenging and rewarding jobs for the following opportunity:Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Our customer, the largest privately held company in North America is hiring for a contract to hire IT Telecom Analyst to interface with employees across multiple organizations and external parties as a liaison under Network Services Telecom Supplier Management Office.Location: 100% REMOTEResponsibilities Interface with employees across multiple organizations and external parties as a liaison under direction of the CIO.review, summarize, and prepare data analysis and/or recommendations for governance and process documentations under Telecom supplier management.external relationships with vendors to ensure timely payment of managed network services (MNS) and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) service tracks.findings and research billing questions, issues, disputes and follow through to resolution.administrative, financial, and business operations support to department managers and business partners within supplier/vendor relationship management, asset management, compliance, audit, and Telecom expense management.business support for software/hardware maintenance contracts renewals.with technical owners to support contract renewals, requests quotes, procure licensing and software renewals from start to finish.and assess appropriate sources to obtain data, tracking, and verification and compare and contrast information for analysis.with vendors to secure pricing and analysis based on contractual agreements.and define monthly metrics reporting for cost savings and analysis including procurement databases, audit of procurement orders, and budget forecasts.Quarterly Access Reviews for Telecom Expense Management, perform reviews of user access for mobile device ordering and procurement.accuracy of pricing and review managed services invoices for compliance with contracted rates and terms.About CGS Business Solutions:CGS specializes in IT business solutions, staffing and consulting services.
