Day to day responsibilities: This consists of developing software to control complex custom camera, gimbal and/or display hardware. Required Qualifications: -5+ years of software development experience -Advanced knowledge of C and C++ -Experience with standard full lifecycle software development practices and source control tools -Proficiency in linear algebra and calculus -Experience developing visual inertial odometry/SLAM algorithms -Strong understanding of augmented reality concepts, such as stereo vision and projection etc -Strong understanding of basic computer vision concepts, such as feature extraction, edge detection, object detection and tracking etc -Strong understanding of IMU and camera sensors-Experience developing software for Linux Nice To Have's: -Experience developing CUDA or OpenCL optimized algorithms -Experience developing FPGA/ASIC/DSP optimized algorithms -Experience with digital signal processing -Working knowledge of x86 and ARM architectures
