OVERVIEWWe are searching for an HR Manager to work closely with other departments to ensure continuity in production, efficiency, quality, and safety. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's objectives and ensure compliance with legal regulations.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals and objectives.Provide guidance and support to plant managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the region.Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.Conduct regular assessments of HR programs and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.Collaborate with corporate HR team to ensure alignment of regional HR initiatives with company-wide strategies and policies.Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related inquiries.Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting HR practices and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Lead employee engagement and retention efforts, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee satisfaction surveys.Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to monitor key performance indicators and trends, providing insights to management for decision-making purposesProcess Bi-Weekly payrollMultiple-site responsibilities, travel between sites will be requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Precisely captures information to complete work accurately; Ensures that information is always reviewed; Focuses on smaller elements and finer points of material or processes Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent attendance and proven work history which demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environmentOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, and/or legal documentsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferredEnglish/Spanish Bilingual PreferredEDUCATIONBachelor's degree or equivalent HR experienceMaster's degree preferredLocationOnsiteScheduleM-F
