This individual would need both strong technical skills within the Cloud ERP space as well as managerial experience to identify migration and data conversion strategies for critical applications properly.What the right candidate will enjoy:The ability to work with a highly respected organization based in Cleveland!Working as a team lead mentoring professionals and assigning talent to the optimal tasks.Joining an organization where you will directly impact current and future technology and business decisions!Qualifications of the right candidate:8+ years of Oracle ERP experience creating flows, converting data, and migrating boundary applications.5+ years of demonstrated experience and success in leading and executing Cutover plans for large ERP platform implementations.10+ total years of IT and Project Management experienceCurrently living within a commutable range or willing to relocate to Cleveland Ohio.Experience of the right candidate:Strong understanding of high-level flows like Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.Strong understanding of Month End Tasks and dependencies.Strong exposure to Data Conversion process and dependencies.
