The hardware asset management specialist will be involved in various activities within IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Hardware Audits, physical asset verification and location, asset custodianship, process documentation, configuration analyst, and process integration activities. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background (with prior experience in IT) either in end point device support and management or administration related roles for infrastructure of network devices. Responsibilities: Ensure hardware asset and configuration items mapping are complete and accurateWork with Sustain teams on education and process adherence to ensure asset data integrity is managed properly throughout the ITAM Enterprise Lifecycle ManagementLead/Participate in internal and external audits and physical asset verification projectsImprove and maintain Hardware Asset Management process documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams in program-wide asset management and configuration management activitiesProvide recommendations and best practices to improve existing hardware asset management processes, configuration management updating and procedures
