Job Description

We are KitchenCare and we provide aftermarket support to our many brands. We work together as a team by empowering you and rewarding success.As a Installation and Network Coordinator II, you will assure we have FAS network coverage available for all installations, start ups and dispatches. You will monitor the performance of our FAS network and report on their KPI achievement. You will also provide a high level of follow up and customer service for key accounts including programs and rollouts as neededReporting directly to the VP KitchenCare, this position will be based out of one of our locations throughout the US or may work remotely from the US.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:Provide a high level of aftermarket Customer Service for key accounts.Work closely with Management, Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues as they arise in the field.Maintain contracts for FAS network.Monitor performance level of FAS network.KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor performance of our FAS network and set up reports as needed.Work closely with Network Manager to assure high level of FAS coverage across US.Provide a high level of follow up and customer service as needed for key accounts.Maintain contracts for our FAS network.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Technical/Engineering or relevant field; with a minimum of one year experience in HVAC or Commercial Kitchen repair industry is preferred.Will consider a minimum of 9 years’ experience in HVAC or Commercial Kitchen repair industry in lieu of degree.HVAC certification is a plus.SKILLS & ABILITIES:Demonstrated problem-solving skills.Work effectively with all levels of management and staff and internal/external service technicians.Must have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of company products is preferred.Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.Ability to communicate well and with tact verbally and in writing.Must be able to stand/walk/sit in an office environment for extended periods.High level of customer service skills is a must.Must be able to work after-hours or weekends, as needed.
