At HYTORC, we are currently pushing the envelope in industrial bolting by designing tooling, fasteners, and software solutions for the world's most critical infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing applications.We are looking for an ambitious Sales Professionals to develop new opportunities in our key markets "” including energy, infrastructure, aerospace & defense, oil & gas, and more. As a BDR, your role will be to create new business relationships by contacting and communicating with potential customers. This position requires strong sales and business development skills to acquire new clients and support our existing clients. Industry knowledge is also a plus.Qualifications / Skills:2-3 years of industrial sales experience a plusFearless approach to calling on new business clients and setting meetingsIndustry knowledge of oil & gas, energy, infrastructure and/or experience interacting and selling into Maintenance Managers, Project Managers, and Safety ManagersWell spoken, strong phone presenceAble to work both independently and within a teamSelf-motivated, hardworking and reliableExperience with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and communications skills; effective listenerAble to build instant rapport and understand customers' needsEffective time management, multi-tasking skills, and organizational skillsAccess to your own laptop and phoneAbove all else - hungry, humble and smart.
